Beside being an Independent Commissioner, I Nyoman Mastra is also appointed as the Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company. As Chairman of Audit Committee, he is responsible for ensuring the practice of GCG in the Company has been running in line with current regulations and oversee the interests of minority shareholders.

Ngurah Gede, 68, appointed as a member of Audit Committee since 2011. He has a Law Degree from Gadjah Mada, Jogjakarta, an Economics degree from UNINUS, Bandung and a Master of law Degree from STIH IBLAM in Jakarta.

Subarto Zaini appointed as a member of Audit Committee since 2011. He was born in Purwokerto, Central Java, on February 8, 1941 and began studying at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1960, and completed the Bachelor in 1963. Subarto earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indonesian Institute for Management Development (IPMI) in 1985.

As a professional, Subarto has over 18 years experience as an executive and finance director at a state-owned foreign company and three from the United States, from 1963 to 1981. Subarto pursued the field of management consulting for 20 years, from 1981 to 2001.

Subarto has over twelve years as an Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee member in public listed companies in Indonesia.
