Logistic services in Indonesia are conducted by the Company and its subsidiaries PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara, PT Andahanesa Abadi and PT Jakarta Tank Terminal (JTT).

The Company's port logistic operations are supported by logistic equipments such as harbor mobile cranes, trucks, hoppers, grabs, forklifts, loaders, shore cranes, excavators, stackers, conveyors and weighbridges.

The logistic business is an integral part of the Company's trading and distribution business that enables the Company to deliver petroleum and chemical products to its customers across the country. Additionally, the Company and its subsidiaries also provide logistic services to third parties.

In addition, the Company entered joint venture agreement with Royal Vopak, the world's largest independent tank terminal operator, to build a fuel storage tank terminal at Tanjung Priok port in Jakarta, under JTT. The Company owns 51% of JTT shares. Currently phase one of the construction of 250,000 KL has been completed. The terminal, started to operate on June 2010 and well equipped with a jetty and undersea pipelines. This strategic asset will not only enhance the Company infrastructures in petroleum distribution, but it will also generate additional sales revenue contribution to the company, excess capacity of the tank terminal will be leased to the major domestic as well as multinational oil companies and traders.

Java Integrated Industrial and Ports Estate (JIIPE)

Java Integrated Industrial and Ports Estate (JIIPE) is a project that integrates deep sea port, industrial estate and residential estate into one package. This project is jointly developed with Pelindo III. JIIPE is conveniently located in Gresik - East Java, 24 km from Surabaya the capital city of East Java, with fast growing economic and conducive investment. 

The deep sea port will have draft of -16 m, thus will be capable of handling large-sized vessels. The port will also have natural break water that can prevent any accident during port handling operations.

The industrial estate, developed by PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera (60% owned by AKR Group), will have total area of 1,761 Ha. With the deep sea port nearby the industrial estate, JIIPE will cut its tenants logistic cost and transportation time.
