AKR understands that the product quality is important to maintain customer satisfaction. Therefore the Company has been taking many steps to continuously improve its quality control procedures in accordance with the government regulations.

• The Company obtains petroleum products from the major international oil traders. The product specifications are in accordance with product specification standards set by the government.
• he Company distributes the petroleum products from the refinery to the petroleum hub / tank terminal using specialized oil tanker, with high safety level standard of dangerous petroleum products (BBB Level 3).
• The Company stores the petroleum in tank storages with high safety level standard (S.H.E. standards).
• The Company distributes the products from the tank terminal to the customers using specialized petroleum truck, to ensure zero level of products contamination.
