AKR understands that the product quality is important to maintain customer satisfaction. Therefore AKR has been taking many steps to continuously improve its quality control procedures in accordance with the government regulations.
The quality control procedures in petroleum distribution:
- AKR obtains petroleum products from the major international oil traders. The product specifications are in accordance with product specification standards set by the government.
- Distributing the petroleum products from the refinery to the petroleum hub / tank terminal using specialize oil tanker, with high safety level standard of dangerous petroleum products (BBB Level 3).
- Storing the petroleum in tank storages with high safety level standard (S.H.E. standards)
- Distributing the products from the tank terminal to the customers using specialize petroleum truck, to ensure zero level of products contamination.
