The Indonesia GCG Award-VI-2021 award ceremony was held online on Friday, February 5’ 2021 by Economic Review Magazine. The event with theme of “Standardization of the implementation of sustainable GCG after the pandemic Covid-19” was also attended by GCG expertise and activist of Indonesian corporate governance.

This award involves professional and competent Jury in their respective fields, including from Economic Review, Indonesia-Asia Institute, Indonesian Women Leaders, and Ideku Group. At least 1,000 institutions have been assessed by the Board of Jury for Indonesia GCG Award-VI-2021 and AKR becomes one company that has successfully met their criteria after going through various corporate governance performance assessments based on public data obtained from website, Annual Report 2019, and public information.

AKR got total score of 82 based on 5 indicators, consist of information disclosure, the clarity of implementation function and corporate responsibility, the compatibility of company management to the rules and principles of good corporate, professional corporate management, also fairness and equality in complying stakeholder rights.
