Audit Committee

The Independent Audit Committee supports the oversight function of the AKR’s Board of Commissioners by reviewing the internal controls, risk management, review of AKR’s financial statements, its compliance with the legal and regulatory requirement, the external auditors’ performance, and the implementation of internal audit function.
