In addition, the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) as the officially appointed domestic rating agency also conducts an assessment of the Company's Corporate Governance based on the Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard 2021 based on public information and annual report 2020 as well as the company's website. The results of the assessment recorded that the Company's overall score reached 84.45 points with the following details;
- Principle A - Shareholders' Rights: 8.09
- Principle B - Equal Treatment of Shareholders: 7.69
- Principle C- Role of Stakeholders: 13.84
- Principle D – Disclosure and Transparency: 23.43
- Principle E - Responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners: 31.38
With a final score of 84.45 points, the performance of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk's compliance level is included in the predicate of "Good" or Level 3 (80 - 90), it means that the implementation of corporate governance has exceeded compliance with the minimum requirements and adopted some of the international standards required by the Company ACGS.
