PT. ARJUNA UTAMA KIMIA

PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, through its subsidiary PT Arjuna Utama Kimia (Aruki) in Surabaya - Indonesia, produces adhesive materials. Aruki supplies adhesives required for the wood and paper industries. By implementing ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System and ISO 14001-2004 Environment Management System, Aruki has ensured consistently high quality products and services and its commitment to environmentally friendly operations.

2. PT. ANUGERAH KRIDA RETAILINDO

PT Anugerah Krida Retailindo (AKRIDA) was established on October 25, 2016,  for the purpose of general trading activities including export and import products of petroleum, gas, avtur, lubricating oil, and crude oil.

On 5 April 2017, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk through AKRIDA, along with BP, the international energy company, established a joint venture company called PT. Aneka Petroindo Raya (APR). This company intends to develop and offer a differentiated retail petroleum consumer proposition leveraging BP’s and AKR’s capabilities and expertise across Indonesia’s growing retail market. 

Earlier, on November 15, 2016, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk through AKRIDA, along with Air BP, also established a joint venture company called PT. Dirgantara Petroindo Raya (DPR). The joint venture intends to develop the aviation fuel business in Indonesia.

2. PT. ANUGERAH KIMIA INDONESIA

PT Anugerah Kimia Indonesia (AKI) was established on December 1st' 2020.  A Deed of Establishment was signed on Nov 27, 2020 between PT AKR Niaga Indonesia (a subsidiary of PT AKR Corporindo) and PETRONAS Chemicals Marketing Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary Petronas Chemical Group Berhad “PCG”).  

The establishment of AKI follows the agreement signed between AKR and PCG on August 28, 2020 to collaborate and to distribute chemicals product across Indonesia.  The joint venture leverages on both companies’ strengths to deliver innovative customer solutions to meet customers’ diverse needs and bring greater value to Indonesia. 

3. PT. BERKAH BUANA ENERGI

PT Berkah Buana Energi (BBE) was established on August 4th' 2021. BBE will undertake the construction, management and  development of network of gas distribution through pipes from the  source location to the customers; initially the JV Company will focus on developing business in the SEZ JIIPE, Gresik, East Java to service requirements of  industrial tenants in JIIPE. AKR hold 65% of the shareholdings in BBE, while PT Bayu Buana Gas (BBG) hold 35% ownership.

4. PT. BERKAH RENEWABLE ENERGI NUSANTARA

PT Berkah Renewable Energi Nusantara (BREN) was established on January 5, 2024, The Company and PT. Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara (subsidiary of the Company) have signed the Establishment of PT. Berkah Renewable Energi Nusantara, domiciled in Gresik Regency. The purpose and objectives of PT. Berkah Renewable Energi Nusantara is to operate electric power generation and other activities related to energy supply.

1. PT. AKR SEA TRANSPORT INDONESIA

PT AKR Corporindo Tbk., through its subsidiary PT AKR Sea Transport (AST) provides logistics services for domestic and international shipping services. AST was established on April 15, 2011 and started operating commercially in 2011. AST has operated 12 vessels and barges.

Business Activity	:	Loading and unloading of goods to and from vessels including stevedoring, cargo doring, receiving / delivery and temporary storage and other activities related to loading and unloading, both technical and administrative.

PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk., through its subsidiary PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara (UEPN) basically offers two types of port logistics services as follows:

1. Container Loading and Unloading

2. Port Handling and Bulk

a. Loading and unloading of Dry Bulk 

b. Port Equipment Rental

c. Weigh Bridge

UEPN has handled the dry bulk products since the year 2000 at Terminal Berlian, Tanjung Perak, Surabaya. After having 2 Harbour Mobile Crane in the year 2005, UEPN began handling containers.

In 2013, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk., through its subsidiary UEPN, along with Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo III), through its subsidiary PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI), develops an integrated industrial area named Java Integrated Industrial and Ports Estate (JIIPE) located in Gresik, East Java, by establishing subsidiaries as follows:

A. PT. Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera (BKMS)

On May 1, 2013 AKR Corporindo Tbk, PT through UEPN, along with BJTI established PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera, domiciled in Surabaya, engaged in general trading, construction and services by conducting all trading activities, working in the field of the construction of the industrial estate with the support facilities, acting as developer, chartering for the industrial estate, property agents, services of exports and imports of goods related to the development and management of industrial estate, the planning and supervision of construction consulting, consulting management operation and maintenance area, property real estate and industrial estate, rental services and management of the property, the service of making the project report, management and image construction and construction services the making of mixed concrete. BKMS started operating commercially in 2015.

B. PT. Berlian Manyar Sejahtera (BMS)

On June 12, 2012 PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, through UEPN, along with BJTI establised PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera, domiciled in Surabaya and engaged in the service of port loading and unloading of goods and containers and activities related to the consolidation and distribution of goods, to support the smooth flow of goods in the port. BMS has been operating commercially since 26 January 2016.

C. PT Energy Manyar Sejahtera (EMS)

On March 5, 2015, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, through UEPN and PT Andahanesa Abadi, along with PT Santiniluwansa Lestari and PT Amanah Indo Invest established PT Energi Manyar Sejahtera, domiciled in Surabaya and engaged in the power plant industry, transmission and distribution of  electricity, sales, distribution, and other relevant business in electricity, including the procurement of the steam/hot water and cold air, consulting services and supporting services of electricity. On June 28, 2016, the shares of PT Andahanesa Abadi in EMS have been sold to BJTI.
