AKRA Announced Interim Dividend of Rp 60 per share for the Year 2019 Recording date August 7, 2019

JAKARTA, July 29’ 2019 –The Board of Directors of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) on July 26, 2019, declared an interim dividend of Rp 60 per shares for the year 2019. The recording date for the interim dividend is August 7, 2019.

The schedule of interim dividend distribution is as follows:

The interim dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on August 16, 2019. 

The Company reported Net profit after tax attributable to the shareholders of the company during 6 months ended 30th June 2019 of Rp390.8 billion.
