AKRA Announced Interim Dividend of Rp 50 per share for the Year 2023 Recording date August 7, 2023

JAKARTA, July 26, 2023 – The Board of Directors of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) on July 24, 2023, announced an interim dividend of Rp 50 per shares or in total Interim dividend Rp 986,858,480,000 for the year 2023. The recording date for the interim dividend is August 7, 2023. The schedule of interim dividend distribution is as follows:

The interim dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on August 16, 2023.  

The Company reported Net profit after tax attributable to the shareholders of the company during 6 months ended 30th June 2023 of Rp 1,031 billion.
