PT. Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera obtained Integrated ISO Certification

Surabaya, 20 Des 2019 - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (IDX ticker code: AKRA.IJ) reported that its business; PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera (BKMS) - JIIPE, has obtained integrated ISO certification for its utilities businesses after 8 months of audit process and overall organizational review. This integrated ISO certificate provides an international standard guarantee that BKMS has implemented the principles in The System of Quality of Service and Organization Management, Environmental Management, also Occupational Health and Safety Management.

The quality management system focuses on customer satisfaction standard which reviewed in terms of principles of Customer Focus, direction and mission of Top Management, Engagement of people in the organization, Process Approach in the organization, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making, and Relationship Management with various parties.

While the environmental management system leads to the standard of company's responsibility to environment in order to grow sustainably. The assessment includes principles of documentation-communication of an environmental policy within the organization, managing plan, implementation, inspection and improvement action, also review from management.

And for occupational health & safety management system focuses on a standard of safe and healthy business operating environment for workers, contractors, suppliers, tenants, and visitors to enable the organization to be proactively improve the working-health safety performance in a sustainable manner.
