This Disclosure of information contains the information regarding the Company's plan to amend the Company's Program of the 2007 Management Stock Option Plan ("2007 MSOP") and the Company's Publishing Plan on the 2011MSOP Program ("2011 MSOP") for members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners (except the Company’s Independent Commissioner) and the Company’s key employees.

The Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”) regarding the Company's plan to amend the 2007 MSOP Program and to issue the 2011 MSOP Program will be held on:
