4. Decision making is not influenced by personal interest.
5. Carry out open and constructive communication during the procurement process until the rights and obligations of the parties are fulfilled.
6. Carry out continuous evaluations and make improvements, as well as take firm action against goods and services provider and working partners who behave unethically.

1. Respect the rights and obligations in accordance with the engagement agreement and statutory provisions.
2. Offer products and services with the best quality standards and competitive price.
3. Guarantee safe working environment, the fulfillment of workers' human rights, no discriminatory practices, no forced labor and child employment, and strive to fulfill all provisions in accordance with statutory regulations.
4. Respect the principles of sustainability and the environment, including using natural resources responsibly and economically.

This policy must be communicated, implemented, and complied by all AKR Group Personnel, Goods and Service Providers, and Working Partners without exception.
